Hardware Specifications Power Supply Specification Both AC and DC can be used for EasyIO FS Series controller. Refer to electrical specification for the working range. In order to avoid damage on the controller input/output devices and RS485 connection, use individual power supply for each controller. If a single power supply is used, make sure controller power supplies are connected with the same polarity.
RS485 connection must be terminated at both ends with termination resistor, typically 120Ohms. It is recommended to use shielded twisted pair wire (STP) for the wiring. The FS series DOES NOT have any build-in 120 Ohm resistor. A physical 120 Ohm resistor is required and EasyIO do not supply them.
EasyIO FS32 – User Reference v1.4 Universal Input Connection EasyIO FS series has non-isolated universal inputs. Each channel comes with Programmable Gain Amplifiers which improve accuracy at lower range. The universal input supports three mode of analog signal i.e. resistance, voltage and current transmitter...

EasyIO FS32 – User Reference v1.4 Universal Output Connection as Digital Output Remarks: Universal Output as Digital Output Only DC power source can be use. If AC power source it will damage the controller. Max DC power source is 24VDC.
The Service button is used to activate the built-in boot loader program for software upgrade. Each digital output has a correspondence LED to indicate its current state. Image shows the Reset button, Service button and also TXRX indicators. Image shown is an EasyIO FS-32 unit.
EasyIO FS32 – User Reference v1.4 Changing IP address By default the EasyIO FS Series controller IP address is 192.168.10.12. Changing the IP address can be done through CP T tools and also web browser. CPT tools Step 1 Login to the FS32 via Sedona workbench. Locate the object “IP” under the Service folder.
At the network manager page, configure the new IP address and hit SAVE. Controller will reboot and a manual reconnection to the controller with the newly assign IP address is required. The FS Series controller support DHCP IP address as well. To enable DHCP Client mode, select USING DHCP option.
EasyIO FS32 – User Reference v1.4 Restore factory settings This procedure is done with by toggling reset button and hold down the “Service” button while the controller is booting up. A restore to factory settings will perform the following 1. Restore the IP address to the default which is 192.168.10.12 2.
