6. TROUBLE SHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE

Check if the emergency BTN
was pressed or not.
Due to the weight or the
speed.
The board or the motor was
bad.
Was not reset.
If the original problem that
caused the alarm is resolved
and the unit alarm is still
activating, the emergency
BTN can possibly be
defective or the alarm flag is
not successfully providing
feedback to the unit.
1. The bearings may be
damaged.
2. Lack of lubricating oil.
1. The lead screw was bent
2. The lead screw was not
concentricity with the motor.
1. The belts have loosened.
2. There may be lubricating
oil on the belts.

Measure
Dismiss the emergency BTN and
press the ORG BTN.
If the unit's accuracy decreased,
reduce the speed and adjust the
verticality or parallelism of the
track. Tighten the screws of the
tracks.
If the motor still functions poorly
after changing the signal wires of
motor, the board doesn't have
functioning drivers. Change the
wires of drivers. If a
malfunctioning motor works after
changing the wires, it proves the
motor was bad. If a functioning
motor doesn't work, it proves the
driver is bad.
Please dismiss the emergency
BTN and reset the unit. If it
doesn't work, the relay of the
power board was abnormal.
Press the emergency BTN and
check if power will be cut or not.
If the power wasn't cut, the
emergency BTN is defective.
1. Clean or change the bearings.
2. Add the lubricating oil.
1. Change the lead screw.
2. Adjust the place of the lead
screw.
1. Adjust the motor's place for
tightening the belt.
2. Clean the lubricating oil.
