1. Remove the instrument system from the dashboard. Be sure to save the hardware for reassembly.

Remove the instrument system from the dashboard. Be sure to save the hardware for reassembly.
Page 2 2. Remove the stock gauge cluster from the bezel and save the three separator pieces and the hardware for reassembly. 3. Reinstall the three separator pieces onto the bezel. 4. Align the VHX system on the separator pieces and use the stock hardware to secure to the bezel.
Page 3 5. With the VHX system mounted to the bezel, the cluster should be secure on all sides with no movement. 7. Connect the ribbon cables with the appropriate labeled connector (black arrows) and also connect the CAT5 cable to the system (white arrow). As the assembled cluster is installed into the dash, take care when routing this cable to the control box to prevent damage.
Page 4 8. Reinstall the cluster into the vehicle using the original hardware and refer to the main manual for wiring instructions to complete the VHX installation.
