5.3 IRBP positioner without mechanical stops

IRBP positioner of type C-index.
In order to get the right position you must calibrate the position for side one.
The first time that you start production you will be asked to do an interchange cali-
bration.

Action
1. Tap F1 to start production.
2. Press OP-Ready on your operator
panel.
3. Tap OK to start the calibration.
4. Warn user before indexing positioner.
The station interchange might now
move.
Make sure that you keep your safety dis-
tance.
• Tap OK to continue.
