Make sure that the power supply ground lug is connected (grounded) to the equipment frame
with bare metal-to-metal contact.
Treadmill specific cable installation:
The cables entering the console frame support column should be routed through the right side
above the stop switch assembly (if installed), not through the hole at the bottom of the support
column. The cables should then be arranged in the cable clips in the console support column
as shown below.

The ends of the cables should be routed through the console support column, behind the con-
sole mounting plate, and out through the hole in the center of the weldment. There should be
a total of 6 or 7 cables depending on unit features exiting the center hole in the console mount-
ing plate.
Cables not routed in this manner can be pinched and/or damaged during installation.
