It is important to take good care of your treadmill deck (the walking surface underneath the belt). Good silicone
lubrication will also improve the performance of your treadmill.
How to spray silicone on deck?
1. Find the silicone bottle. Part of the hardware kit included in the carton. For replenishment please consult your
local dealer.
2. Find a straw and put on silicone bottle (see picture 2.)
3. Spray silicone on treadmill deck even, they spray area is shown on picture 3.
ATTENTION: always STOP the treadmill before spraying silicone, otherwise severe injuries might result and/or
the treadmill may get damaged. To be 100% safe unplug the treadmill before adding lubrication.
Do not put too much silicone on deck, only a few drops on several locations is sufficient. Slippages can be
caused by too much lubrication.

Care and Maintenance

To prevent electrical shock, be certain the treadmill is turned off and unplugged from cleaning or routine
maintenance.
How do I maintain the running deck / belt?
For maximum treadmill life, this treadmill needs a routine lubrication as part of general maintenance. The routine
maintenance procedure will prevent premature wear of the running belt, running deck and drive motor system.
The recommended lubrication schedule is:

Light user
Medium user
Heavy user
This schedule is the recommended application for a single user running between 20 and 30 minutes per time for
3~4 times per week. For lubrication fluid contact your dealer.
How do I keep my treadmill clean?
Perspiration should be wiped from the console and treadmill surface after your workout. Wipe you're your
treadmill once a week with water dampened, soft clothe. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the display
panel; this might cause an electrical hazard or the electronics to fail.
How do I store my treadmill?
Store your treadmill in a clean and dry environment. Ensure that the master power switch is off and the power
cord is unplugged from the electrical wall outlet.
