Delete the caller ID log entries

To delete one entry:
Search for the desired caller ID entry (see Review the caller ID log on page 40).

/DELETE to delete the selected entry.
2. Press
MUTE
To delete all entries:
Press MENU/

/SELECT.

3. Press or
/SELECT. The screen displays Delete all calls? Press
MENU
/SELECT to confirm. You hear a confirmation tone and

Caller ID log display screen messages

Displays:
PRIVATE NAME
PRIVATE NUMBER
PRIVATE CALLER
UNKNOWN NAME
UNKNOWN NUMBER
UNKNOWN CALLER
when the handset is not in use.
SELECT
to highlight >Caller ID log, then press
to highlight >Del all calls, then press
When:
The caller is blocking the name.
The caller is blocking the telephone number.
The caller is blocking the name and number.
This caller's name is unavailable.
This caller's number is unavailable.
No information is available about this caller.
