Headphone jack install

Required Tools:
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
8-G
1.
Apply the 3.5mm cover decal to the front of the
8-G console USB/HDMI front plate, covering the
hole for the 3.5mm headphone cable.
NOTE: The 8-G uses the headphone jack installed in
the hotbar (see Step 2) NOT in the console itself.

Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to remove the screw
securing the headphone jack cover, then remove
the cover. Install the headphone jack PCB onto
the headphone jack PCB mount, then install the
mount into the hotbar.
3.
Finally, install the mount using the screw re-
moved in Step 2 to secure the headphone jack
cover.
8-RB / 8-UB / 8-CT / 8-RDE / 8-VS / 8-FC
1.
Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the two (2)
#8-18, 3/4" screws securing the USB/HDMI front
plate, then remove the front plate. Install the
headphone jack PCB onto the front plate where
indicated then reinstall the front plate. Finally,
apply the face plate decal with the hole for the
3.5mm headphone jack.
2.
Install the 90 degree end of the 3.5mm cable
(715-3834) into the 3.5mm headphone jack locat-
ed on the MYE TV controller PCB. Install the other
end of the 3.5mm cable into the headphone jack
PCB installed in Step 1

Use a 3mm allen key to remove the M4 x 16mm socket head cap screw securing the headphone cap into the hotbar, then remove the headphone cap.
