This procedure can be used when a host upgrade cannot be used for installation, for example, when a P2000 host update fails and the controller constantly reboots, or fails to come back online with the host. If so, you must disable it in order to successfully upgrade the CK721-A controller firmware. Did you correctly configure your computer?
