3-1-2 Connecting the Control Panels and Peripheral Devices

Connect as shown in the figure on the next page.
Notes
• When other devices connected through USB are
operated at the same time with Control Panels
(especially when a printer or floppy disk drive which
transfers a mass of data is used), Control Panels may
stop operation.
• To carry out the voice over function, use an analog
audio mixer. Connect a microphone for voice input
and an analog audio source to line inputs of the
analog audio mixer. Connect audio mixer line outputs
to AUDIO IN connectors in the Digital Media
Workstation AV I/O block.
