The charging station supports the most common RFID tags/charging cards (Mifare Classic). If there is a visually readable code, this can be entered in ZAPTEC Portal, otherwise you scan the RFID tag/ charging card using the charging station as described below. -

Reading error codes 1. Open the ZAPTEC app. 2. Click on the “+” tab. Configure ZAPTEC devices, followed by Configure via Bluetooth. 3. Select the charging station you want to read the error code from. 4.
