When the HOM-BOT 2.0 detects that the brush is not functioning properly, you will hear the message

Lay a smooth cloth on the floor, overturn the HOM-BOT 2.0, and place it on the cloth.
※ Please make sure to remove the dust bin before flipping the main body.
Otherwise, the dust in the dust bin may fall out.
• The side brush is stuck.
s Remove any foreign materials such as cables, thread or hair caught in the side brush or the brush.
s Confirm the correct assembly of the brush by checking the separation groove of the brush.
• The brush is making a loud, abnormal sound.
s Remove the brush from the HOM-BOT 2.0 and remove any foreign material from the brush.

※ If you are not capable of foreign materials from the front casters on the bottom of the product, which
interrupt movement of the products, contact the customer service center for support.
