signal logic is active high. That means:
Normal motor operation: low (0 V)
Limit switch reached: high (+5 V)
Optical sensor
+5 V / GND, supply via the motor connector
TTL level
Direction sensing by means of different signal levels on the
left- and right-hand side of the reference switch: The signal
level changes from 0 to +5 V when the reference switch is
passed.
