Emergency Access to the Platform
NOTE: Perform this configuration action only if requested by the customer. It should be left
unchanged otherwise.
To create an additional user account for emergency access to the system:

Switch on the system and login as Administrator.
Open Computer Management by typing the name in Search under the Windows Start
Menu.
Right click on the empty space inside the window and choose New User... from the
menu.
