Turning Buzz On and Off

How to Turn Buzz On
This procedure applies to all installation variants of Buzz.

NOTE: If the Buzz external mains switch was turned off after the last use, turn the mains switch
on.
How to Turn Buzz Off

NOTE: After the system has shut down, the system is in stand by mode.
NOTE: The mains power disconnection of Buzz depends on the installation setup:
• If the power plug is accessible unplug the power plug from the socket.
• If an external mains switch is installed, turn off the mains switch.
• If the power plug is not accessible and no mains switch is installed, please contact Brainlab
support to disconnect the power plug.

Press the power button on the feature panel. The system turns on and boots up.
When the power LED on the power button is solid green, the system is ready to use.
Either:
• Use the Exit button in the software (preferred), or
• Press the Power button on the Feature Panel
Select Shut down in the software.
When the system has finished shutting down, the power LED switches off.
