Adjust the maximum swivel angle
• For Turnout 4E and 2E:
Reducing the outer swivel angle:
(Turnout is delivered with a pre-set swivel feature of
90°- 95°)
1. Start by loosening the outer adjustment screw.
2. Swivel out until desired maximum swivel angle is
reached..
IMPORTANT!
There must be a gap of at least 2 mm between gear
drive and the mechanical stop of the gear rim at maxi-
mum swivel position. If not, this can seriously damage
the swivel motor!
3. Loosen the inner adjustment screw and move the
adjustment rim carefully inwards until a click-sound is
heard, caused by the catch on the adjustment rim as it
affects the contact breaker.
4. Tighten the inner adjustment screw.
Swivel the Turnout back in again and tighten the outer
adjustment screw.
IMPORTANT!
There must be a gap of at least 2 mm between
mechanical stop and the upper plate of Turnout.
Inner swivel limit may NOT be changed. If the contact
breaker for the inner limit is replaced, it is important to
keep a safety gap of at least 2 mm to mechanical stop.
• For Turnout 4 and 2:
1. Use a 13 mm wrench and loosen the two bolts fixing the
stopper rim. Rotate the stopper rim until it is in accordance
with the outer swivel limit.
2. Tighten both bolts!
