OPTIONS FOR TURNOUT
Tilt function for the seat
The seat base TILDA® tilts the entire seat backwards in three steps.
Mounted between Turnout and the seat.
Besides providing extra seat comfort, Tilda also makes transferring
with a CARONY® through a low vehicle door opening much easier.
To avoid conflict with the release lever of a manual Turnout, use a
Tilda with the release lever placed on the opposite side.
Powered lengthwise seat adjustment
CAROSLIDE® provides a powered lengthwise seat adjust-
ment of 240 mm.
Besides providing extra seat comfort, Caroslide also allows
more space for the legs when using the Turnout, as the seat
can move much closer to the B-pillar when swivelling.
Manual lengthwise seat adjustment
The glide rails are mounted between the Turnout and the
seat to adjust leg space inside the vehicle and to allow the
seat to move further out over the sill when swivelled out.
Open slewing bracket
When using an open slewing bracket, the Turnout swivels
slightly outwards before moving forward and then swivel-
ling out. This provides extra space for a person sitting in
driver position where the space by the steering wheel is
snug.
The distance to the B-pillar can be reduced by 4 cm with
an open slewing bracket, compared to using the standard
slewing bracket.
