Over-current protection and obstacle sensor
The motor current is constantly being surveyed. When the current exceeds 18A, the
movement immediately stops and reverses during 0.3 seconds.
If something is obstructing the movement and causes the current to increase to
more than 2.9A, the movement immediately stops and reverses during 0.3 seconds.
Display for statement of condition
and for fault indication
The display is found inside the control box unit.
Either there is no voltage response, or the polarity has been changed.
The unit is in passive mode and no hand control buttons are being pressed down.
(a flashing dot)
The unit is in a position between inner and outer rotation switch.
No hand control buttons are being pressed down. (a flashing dot)
One or more of the hand control buttons are being pressed down and the unit is
swivelling in or out.
The inner maximum position is reached. The seat can only swivel outwards.
This statement is not displayed during passive mode.
The outer maximum position is reached. The seat can only swivel inwards.
This statement is not displayed during passive mode.
The over-current protection has been activated and stopped the unit. The message will
be displayed until a new swivel movement has started or if passive mode has entered.
The safety switch circuit is cut. The operation of Turnout is blocked.
This statement is not displayed during passive mode.
The obstacle sensor has been activated and stopped the unit. The message will be
displayed until a new swivel movement has started or if passive mode has entered.
The hand control is disconnected, or the cable of the hand control is damaged.
There is a short circuit of the hand control.
The maximum inner and maximum outer positions are activated at the same time.
The Turnout cannot be operated. (probably caused by a faulty micro switch)
Operation time limit is reached (120 seconds).

This message is displayed once, when 12 V is
connected to the control box and/or when vehicle
ignition is turned off.
