Adding optional sections
An extension has a top hinge on one side and a cone hinge on the other side. This makes it
possible to fit the extension in a range of configurations.
1.
The removable vertical bar has been fitted by the manufacturer.
Remove the bar by lifting it up and sliding it out of the lower
hinge.
2.
Fit the extension in place by placing the top hinge on the hearth
gate over the cone hinge on the extension. The hinges must be
aligned on both top and bottom.
3.
Let the hinges drop together and insert the removable vertical
bar.
