- Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Frame... Insert side frame into one side of one end panel. Insert two bolts and secure using plastic assembly tool. Do not tighten completely. Insert second side frame into end panel and secure with bolts, using plastic assembly tool. Do not tighten bolts completely.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Frame continued... Lay Change Centre flat on the floor. Slide Castors onto end panels. Ensure Castors are pointing down. Lay Change Pad face down on a flat surface. Lay Change Pad Assembly Arm onto the Change Pad.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Frame continued... With Change Centre still lying on its side, insert Change Pad Assembly between the two Side Panels and into the top holes. Ensure the ‘U’ bar on the front of the assembly is pointing down toward the ground to ensure Change Pad can be operated correctly.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To attach Bottom Shelf... Place bottom shelf in position as shown. Fold up sides and attach end flaps around vertical bars of side panels, using press studs to secure as shown. To assemble Plastic Components... Place the three storage containers into position on the upper rails of the side frames, creating a shelf in the centre of the unit.

Place the left component of the side tray into position, then place the right component ensuring it clips into the left component as shown. Ensure the side tray rests against the bar on the top frame. Place bathtub into position as shown Insert plug into bath drain hole.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Change Pad Operation... To lower Change Pad... Lift Change Pad and lower backwards over the Change Centre. To raise Change Pad... Lift Change Pad up and pull into position. Engage change pad press studs. Bath Drainage... Locate Bath drainage hole on underside of Bath .
