- Page 5 Assembly / Operating Instructions Assembling mattress base Align and insert the six mattress base slats into the slots in the bedside guards, ensure you leave the third, middle and seveth slots free. Insert the three mattress base slats with end holes into the remaining three slots on the bedside guards.
- Page 6 Assembly / Operating Instructions Attaching headboard Assemble the mattress base to the headboard with the six bolt/barrel nuts. Ensure that the barrel nuts are lined up with the slot parallel to the bolt hole as shown in the image to the right. PLEASE NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolt/barrel nuts.
