Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Power supply failure
Thermostat failure
Temperature is not set properly
Condenser needs to be cleaned
Fan is not working
Chiller ice bank does not have
enough water
Refrigerant gas leak
Water supply failure
Water valve closed
Water supply hose crushed or
obstructed
No electricity supply
Water is frozen - thermostat set too
low or has failed
Water filter blocked
CO2 cylinder is closed
CO2 cylinder is empty
Electronic control unit malfunction
Pump failure
Chiller ice bank does not have
enough water
Cooling fan needs to be cleaned
Solution
Check that power is present. If the
power is OK, call Zenith service.
Call Zenith service.
Adjust thermostat.
Clean the condenser
Replace fan. Call Zenith service.
Fill chiller ice bank.
Call Zenith service.
Check that water is reaching the
machine
Open the water valve.
Check and correct the path of the hose.
Check the power switch, electrical cable
and connections.
Adjust thermostat; disconnect power
for 12 hours to defrost. If problem
persists, call Zenith service.
Replace water filter.
Open the CO2 cylinder valve
Replace the CO2 cylinder
Call Zenith service.
Call Zenith service.
Fill chiller ice bank.
Clean fan
