12. Insert Shelf Pins in the panels and in the corner
support at desired heights.
• Shelf pins for top shelf should be placed in the
uppermost panel and support holes.
• Shelf pins for the lower shelf should be placed in
the panel and support holes above the rod flanges.
13. Use the first cut shelf as a template for marking
cut lines on all other corner shelves, then cut
additional shelves.
• Before cutting additional shelves, make sure that the
original shelf fits properly at each planned location.
• If necessary, calculate changes in shelf
dimensions, mark new cut lines, and cut each
shelf to fit more precisely in its intended location.
14. Insert 1 Rod Flange into the top 2 holes at the
front of the 5-½" vertical panel, and another
flange into the 2 corresponding holes at the front
of the cabinet panel.
15. Measure the inside distance from panel to panel,
cut the Chrome Rod ¼" shorter and insert the
rod between the flanges.
• Make sure the chrome rod fits snuggly.
16. Place shelves on shelf pins.
• Adjust shelves as necessary so that shelf fronts are
flush with the front of the cabinet panels.
