Hamper Door/Basket Installation

1. Measure up 30" from bottom fixed shelf. Insert 4
Rasant Bolts in nearest line bore hole.
2. Install Rasant Shelf.
3. Drill hole locations for Hamper Door Hinge.
4. Assemble Hinge.
5. Install Hamper Door Hinge in Hamper Door.
6. Install Hamper Door Hinge in lower Fixed Shelf.
7. Install Door Stays in line bore as indicated.
8. Secure stays to panel using (4) ½" screws.
9. Attach included clear bumpers to door.
10. To adjust Hinge, turn white plastic screw in to ease
movement of door.

Hole Location for Hamper Door Hinge
(A Hamper Hinge Template is available for quicker installation.)
Install Hinge Cup into pre-drilled hinge holes of door.
Place pins of Hinge Plate into J-hook of hinge and press
together. Hinge Plate will snap and lock.
