6. Position a level along the back wall, flush with the top
of the cabinet and make a pencil mark in the corner.
7. Measure and cut the vertical Radius Corner
Support to fit between the pencil mark and the
top of the 5-½" panel.
8. Mount the Radius Corner Support in the corner
with the cut side down.
• Secure the support to the wall with mounting
screw inserted through 3 of the predrilled holes at
top, middle and bottom of the support.
• Avoid holes that will receive shelf pins.
9. Place uncut Radius Corner Shelf on top of and
spanning the 2 cabinets. Then push the shelf into
the corner.
• Make sure the front of the shelf is flush with the
fronts of the cabinets.
10. Standing beneath the shelf, mark cut lines on the
underside of the shelf where each of the cabinets
meet the shelf.
• Also mark a cut line at the back of the shelf where
the corner support meets the shelf.
11. Remove the shelf and cut along the lines.
• Use a circular saw with saw guide and fine blade
for straight, smooth cuts.
• If necessary, use a sanding block with 80 grit paper
to sand down rough edges and/or high spots.
