Drawer Glide Configuration

2 Positions
1. Home Position
• Marked with a line.
• Open space where a Rasant
Shelf may be placed.
2. Glide Position
• Marked with a circle.
• Where Glide is placed.
Determining Placement
All Drawer Glide placements are determined by the
height of the Drawer Box:
5" Drawer = 4" Drawer Box
7 ½" Drawer = 6" Drawer Box
10" Drawer = 8" Drawer Box
To place drawer glides count up from home position half the distance of the drawer box size and
mark with a circle. (The fixed shelf at the bottom of a cabinet will be your first home position.)
For an 8" drawer box, count up four holes from home position, then mark a circle. Count up four
more holes and draw a line through that hole - this is now home position.
For a 6" inch drawer box, count up three holes from home and draw a line. Count up three more
holes, mark with a line - this is now home position.
For a 4" inch drawer box, count up two holes from home position, draw a circle. Count up two
more holes draw a line - this is now home position.
A shelf may be placed at any home position.
