    3. DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS The MONZUN M1a adsorption dryer operated in two automatic phases: Drying The compressor (1) draws in air through a filter (8) and sends it to the air dryer in compressed form. The air proceeds through the cooler (15) and through the dryer chamber (9) with desiccant (16).

    The MONZUN M1a air dryer is installed directly by the manufacturer for the appropriate type of compressor. The installation of such dryers on compressors that are already used and operating is completed following the separate installation guides delivered along with the product.

    MONZUN M1a OPERATION 6. PRODUCT OPERATION Proper dryer operation depends on the compressor activity and does not require any operation. The pressure vessel does not need to be drained as the compressed air into the air tank is already dried.

    MONZUN M1a If there are deviations from the described activity, please check: Connection of the solenoid valve – compare the orientation arrow on the valve body marking the proper flow of air during regeneration Potential leaks caused by compressor seal failures – close the outlet valve on the compressor, switch on the compressor and leave it running until switched off by the pressure switch.

    Installation des Trockners auf einem früher hergestellten Kompressor muss der Hersteller konsultiert werden. Der MONZUN M1a Lufttrockner wird direkt durch den Hersteller für den passenden Kompressortyp installiert. Die Installation eines solchen Trockners auf Kompressoren, die bereits benutzt werden und in Betrieb sind, wird entsprechend der separaten Installationsanleitungen, die zusammen mit dem Produkt geliefert werden, abgeschlossen.

    MONZUN M1a BEDIENUNG 6. PRODUKTBEDIENUNG Eine richtige Bedienung des Trockners hängt ab von der Aktivität des Kompressors und benötigt keinerlei besondere Bedienung. Der Druckbehälter muss nicht abgelassen werden, da die komprimierte Luft, die in den Luftbehälter kommt, bereits trocken ist.
