The crankcase heat tape starts to work when the general circuit breaker QF1 and main control
board power circuit breaker QF8 are on. Ensure that the crankcase heat tape has been preheated
for over 12 hours before starting the compressor. Otherwise, the compressor will be damaged.

When the total load of servers, relative to a single smart cooling product, is less than 10 kW, high
humidity may occur. For this situation, perform the following operations.
1. Make sure the whole data center room (such as doors, windows, floor, and ceiling) is sealed
well.
2. If the outside environment humidity is high, turn down the fresh air system.
3. Open the modular doors and ceilings, or open some false panels on the IT rack.
4. On the main screen, tap Settings > System Settings > System Control, and set Heat mode
to Dehumid&LT.
5. On the main screen, tap Settings > System Settings > T/H Sensor, and set T/H control type
to Return-air or Cold aisle.
1. Switch on fan circuit breakers QF6, electric heater circuit breaker QF4, humidifier circuit breaker
QF5, condensate pump circuit breaker QF9, and compressor circuit breaker QF3, outdoor unit
general circuit breaker.
2. Tap Start on the LCD, and then choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter to enter the
diagnostic mode.
3. Start the electric heater on the diagnostic mode page. Verify that the indoor fans rotate
smoothly, and the electric heater generates heat.
4. Close the electric heater on the diagnostic mode page. Adjust the compressor rotation speed to
3000 rpm and adjust the humidifier input to 50%.
5. Adjust the compressor.
a. Choose Running > Device Details > Compressor on the indoor unit home screen. Check
whether the suction pressure and exhaust pressure are within the reasonable range.
(suction pressure: 0.7–1.2 MPa; exhaust pressure: 1.5–4.15 MPa)
b. Open valves and charge refrigerant from the low-pressure needle valve. Ensure that the
refrigerant is charged in small amount or charged discontinuously. The total charging
amount must meet the calculation requirements.
c. If possible, check that the subcooling degree is within the range of 4–6º C, and check that
there are no bubbles in the refrigerant seen from the sight glass. Recharge or discharge
refrigerant if necessary.
d. After twenty minutes, check that the oil level is stably above 1/3 of the oil sight glass and
that no impurity or muddy.
