START-UP PROBLEMS
FAULT
The burner doesn't
start when the limit
thermostat closes.
The burner goes in
safety lock-out before
or during the pre-
purge phase.
Burner runs normally
in the prepurge and
ignition
cycle
and
locks out after 5 sec-
onds ca.
Yellow flame.
Burner starts with an
ignition delay.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Lack of electrical supply.
Thermostats are faulty.
The connections in the control box are
wrongly inserted.
The flame detector sees strange light.
The flame detector is dirty.
The flame detector is defective
Flame moves away or fails.
Nozzle dirty or worn.
Defect in the air output.
Pump pressure is not correctly set.
Air suction inlet is clogged.
Obstruction in the exhaust circuit.
The ignition electrodes are wrongly
positioned.
Air output is too high.
Nozzle dirty or worn.
Check presence of voltage in the
L1 - N clamps of the 7 pin plug.
Check the conditions of the fuses.
Check that safety thermostat is not
lock out.
Replace them.
Check and connect completely all the
plugs.
Check that the bridge socket P is present.
Eliminate the light.
Clear it.
Change it.
Check pressure and output of the fuel.
Check air output.
Change nozzle.
Check the coil of solenoid valve
1 st stage.
Replace it.
Adjust the air output.
Verify the pressure and the output of the
fuel and adjust them according to the in-
structions of this manual.
Clear it.

Adjust properly as indicated herein.
Set air delivery properly as indicated here-
in.
