MAINTENANCE POSITION,
(see fig. 15)
To replace the nozzle, you must follow the
procedure below:
Pull cables (1) out from control box,
remove flame detector (2) and unscrew
pump nut (3).
Loosen the screws (4) and remove the noz-
zle-holder assembly (5), turning it to the
right.
Disconnect cables (1) from electrodes, un-
screw the screw (3, fig. 7, page 6) and re-
move diffuser disc assembly (6) from nozzle-
holder assembly (5).
Screw the nozzle (7) on, holding the nozzle
holder with the aid of a spanner.
Refit following the above procedure in the
reverse order.
ATTENTION
When refitting the nozzle-holder assembly (5),
tighten nut (3) as shown in figure 16.

COMBUSTION HEAD SETTING,
Combustion head adjustment varies depending on burner delivery.
To adjust, proceed as follows:
Turn adjusting screw (8) clockwise or anticlockwise until the notch on the regulating rod (9) is lined up with
the outer surface of the nozzle-holder assembly (5).
In the example, the regulating rod (9) is set to setpoint 2.5. This means the burner is adjusted for an output of
8.7 kg/h with a pump pressure of 14 bar using a 2.00 GPH nozzle, as indicated in the reference table.
