Setting the Caller ID Number Grouping Feature (using Hyphen)
For ease of reading Caller ID Number, Uniden added this extra feature.
To turn Hyphen on:
1.
Remove the Handset from the Base Unit.
2. Press flash/function four times.
3. Press I.
4. Press mem.
A confirmation tone sounds and the display remains
on for two seconds.
* With this feature ON, the CID information will be displayed as
shown.

To turn Hyphen off:
1.
Remove the Handset from the Base Unit.

4. Press mem.
