CS might find issue on member drive or Node, under this situation the local folder and shared folder is still accessible.
Infortrend will help to check if the CS is within warranty or not. If the CS is in warranty, Infortrend will help to arrange replacement or repair of the component. If the CS is out of warranty, Infortrend will provide quotations of the repair and shipping cost before arranging it, and if customer accepts the terms and cost Infortrend will arrange the repair as soon as possible.
