Problem
Power switch is in the ON position (|)
and is plugged in, but display is not
active or shows unintelligible charac-
ters.
Fluid leaks from any location on the
pump or meter.
The message "Fault" is shown on the
display.

Meter is damaged
Electric outlet is not providing power. •
Electronic controls are stalled.
Extension cord is damaged.
Pump electric cord is damaged.
Seals or connections need to be
replaced.
Motor, drivetrain, meter, or control
system is damaged.
Pump has entered a runaway condi-
tion.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Contact your Graco distributor for
return or repair.
Try a different outlet or plug in a
device that you know is working
to test the outlet.
• Reset building circuit breaker or
replace fuse.
Cycle power on the pump. If problem
continues, contact your Graco distrib-
utor for return or repair.
Replace extension cord.
Check for broken insulation or wires.
Contact your Graco distributor if dam-
aged.
