The saw is built to work in automatic also without an operator. A special vise design allows the machine to cut slightly ir-
regular bars.

LADE SPEED
The blade speed is controlled by an AC motor and a variable frequency drive, which allow to regulate the blade speed within
a range of 0- 100 m/1'. In this way the machine can cut both hard steels and aluminum. A digital reader constantly shows the
blade speed .
The blade speed can be adjusted :
• in automatic cycle while editing the program;
• anytime, by pressing the
keys on the control panel.

ORKING SURFACE
The material that has to be cut lays on a roller way that covers the entire stroke of the machine. The distance between the roll-
ers is studied to avoid that short pieces can fall.
