Ingredients Tab

The 'Ingredients' tab displays the consumption (in weight) for each of the ingredients used (as
well as the volume of water used) to prepare the beverages the equipment dispenses.

Emailing Data or Saving it to a USB Flash Drive

All of the data available in the Momentum's Dashboard can either be saved to a USB flash drive,
or sent to an email address as an attachment (if an email address has been set in the "Network"
menu). Whether saved to a USB drive or sent by email, the attachment is in Microsoft Excel format.
To save the data to a USB drive, tap on the USB drive icon on the left. To send it by email, tap on
the email icon (envelope) on the right, and follow the prompts on the screen.
