3-Way Mount as shown below.
Disassemble
Remove nut &
shakeproof washer
Remove bolt &
plastic washer
Add thread lock on
all threads with tube
provided

Resassemble

Side Exit
Adapter
Side Exit Adapter must
be used with Spring
Spring
Mount disc washer with
lip in the DOWN position
Fasten nut with lip in
the UP position
