- Page 4 2.2 STARTING UP THE ROTATOR Place the rotator on a level and stable surface. Connect the plug into a grounded outlet. Avoid lines where line surges may occur, i.e. refrigerators and similar devices are connected, Use the on/off switch to control the rotator.
