■ Attaching the Main PCB.
*Notice
1. Attach Main PCB to IO Case Ass'y.
2. Tighten IO Case Ass'y and Main PCB
with Screws <N5>.
Use the special jig
Torque of tightening screw :
Screws<N5> = 0.45 ± 0.05N·m ( 4.5 ± 0.5kgf·cm)
■ IO Case Ass'y assembly.
*Notice
1. Attach DC IN Plate to Main PCB Ass'y and fix to IO Case Ass'y
with Screws<N4>.
Tightening order of Screws<N4>: a - b - c - d - e - f See fig.1.
2. Attach USB Plate to Main PCB Ass'y and tighten with Screws<N2>
to fix through IO Case Ass'y.
Tightening order of Screws<N2>: g - h
3. Remove the Washer<E6> and Nut<E6> from Cable<E6>, insert 7
to IO Case Ass'y, tighten the Washer<E6> and Nut again.
The insert position is shown in the illustration on the right.
Use the special jig.
