1. Apply SANKOL CFD-409 to the 4 operating parts of
Base Plate Ass'y.
Check the wet condition of SANKOL CFD-409.
Permeation to parts other than the coating side is
acceptable.

■ Lock Unit assembly.
*Notice
1. Set the Key Angle to the Lock Unit and tighten with the M19 Nut<K62>.
Make sure that the vertical direction of the Lock Unit is correct.
See the illustration on the right.
Make sure the front and back side direction of the M19 Nut<K62> is correct.
Face the edge to the Key Angle side.
Use the special jig.
Torque of tightening screw :
M19 Nut<K62> = 7 N·m or more ( 70kgf·cm or more)
