4 Reassembly
4.1.
Reassembly Instructions
4.1.1.
Preparation
Before disassembling, be sure to make the following preparations
• Disconnect the AC adaptor.
• Remove other devices if they are connected.
Attention:
• You cannot reuse the Conductive Clothes and the heat dissipating parts such as Sheet and Rubber. Use new parts.
4.1.2.
Assembling and attaching the Lock Unit Ass'y
1. Attach the Lock Unit to the Key Angle.
2. Fix the Lock Unit with M19 Nut <K62>. No.1.
3. Attach the Key Cam Plate, Key Stopper and Wave Washer<K61> to the Lock Unit and fix with Nut B <K61>. No.2.
4. Fix the Key Lock Cover with 1 Screw <N2>. No.3.
5. Fix the Lock Unit Ass'y to the Base Plate Ass'y with 2 Screws <N2>. No.4 to No.6.
