Figure 3-1 shows the location of the AT-GPIB configuration jumpers and
switches.

Choose the Switch and Jumper Settings

The NI-488M software supports four boards: gpib0 is the default name of
the first board, gpib1 is the name of the second board, and so on. The
switch and jumper settings on your AT-GPIB board must match the
corresponding software settings. Table 3-1 shows the hardware default
settings and the software settings you used when you installed your
software.
