Rotisserie function (ROTISS).

This function is used for rotating roasts. Ideal for roasting a whole
chicken.
Heating Elements: Top and bottom heating elements cycle on and off.
Rack Position: Rotisserie slots
Automatic Preheat: No.
Steps.
Turn the Function knob to select

ROTISS. The function name
will blink on the display when
selected.
Optionally, customize the
temperature and time. You
can do this before and during
cooking.
a. Turn the Time/Temp knob to
adjust the time between 1 min–6
hr.
b. Press the Time/Temp knob
once to control temperature.
Turn the knob to adjust the
temperature between 65°–200°C
/ 150°–390°F.
