Roast function (ROAST).

This function is ideal for cooking a variety of meats and poultry. Food
will be tender and juicy on the inside and well-roasted on the outside.
Heating Elements: Top and bottom heating elements cycle on and off.
Rack Position: Low
Automatic Preheat: Yes
Steps.
1. If using the wire rack, insert wire
rack into the low rack position
and close the oven door.
2. Turn the Function knob to select
ROAST. The function name
will blink on the display when
selected.
Optionally, customize the
temperature and time. You
can do this before and during
cooking (except during
preheating).
a. Turn the Time/Temp knob to
adjust the time between 1 min–6
hr.
b. Press the Time/Temp knob
once to control temperature.
Turn the knob to adjust the
temperature between 65°–200°C
/ 150°–390°F.
