Safety instructions Safety instructions Intended use This light stand is intended to be used for the stable mounting and height-adjustable posi‐ tioning of spotlights. Use the device only as described in this user manual. Operating Operating Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the product. Keep the equipment packaging. To fully protect the product against vibration, dust and moisture during transportation or storage use the original packaging or your own packaging material suitable for transport or storage, respectively. - Page 11 Operating CAUTION! Possible staining The plasticiser contained in the rubber feet of this product may possibly react with the coating of your parquet, linoleum, laminate or PVC floor and after some time cause permanent dark stains. In case of doubt, do not put the rubber feet directly on the floor, but use felt-pad floor protectors or a carpet.

- Page 23 Operating Unfold the feet of the tripod until the cross braces are in a horizontal position. Fix this position with the safety screw on the slider to which the three feet are attached. Pull out the safety bolt and loosen the locking screw on the extension tube. Pull out the extension tube to the desired height, insert the safety pin through the appropriate grid holes and slide the safety cotter through the hole in the safety bolt.
- Page 24 Operating Plug the truss with the T-pieces onto the extension tube of the stands and attach the truss to the T-pieces (E) with the Allen screws. Mount the headlight (s), if necessary with adapters, on the crossbar. Observe the instruc‐ tions of the respective manufacturers.
- Page 25 Operating Dismounting Remove the spotlight(s). Loosen the Allen screws on the T-pieces (E) at the ends of the truss and pull the truss off the stands. Disassemble the truss in the reverse order of the assembly instructions as far as it makes sense for a transport or storage in view of a new assembly.
