G. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM
ACTION
1. In unusual circumstances, a haze may appear on the surface of the anti-fog coating.
This can be easily removed and never reappear by following these steps:
a. Moisten a soft cloth with warm soapy water.

b. Gently clean and let air dry.

c. Let air dry without trying to rub dry.
d. Repeat if necessary.
2. If the problem is still not resolved, check if the fog seems to be between the two lenses.
1. Check if the sun visor is installed and positioned correctly on the helmet.

2. Check if there are any broken parts.

3. If the problem is still not resolved, go to your authorized BRP dealer for detailed inspection.

1. Make sure you press the ON button longer than 1 second. To avoid any misuse, there is a 1 second delay before your front
light turns ON.

3. Check if the electrical contacts in the batteries socket are damaged or dirty;
4. If the problem is still not resolved, go to your authorized BRP dealer for detailed inspection.

You should hear/feel a "click".
