Diagnosis assistance

1 - Recommendations

If a malfunction occurs, check the following points :
• Sufficient hydraulic oil in the tank.
• Batteries are charging.
• Control box E-stop push-buttons are pulled out.
• The control box selector key is set to platform or ground control box.
• Control box relays are engaged.
• Fuse status.
• Ground control box solenoid valve status.
If the malfunction persists, consult the troubleshooting table to identify the problem.

Solution
Turn the ground control box selector key to platform control
box position
Remove some weight
Do not exceed the authorised limit

Enable the device and keep pressed down during movement
Replace the joystick
Contact HAULOTTE Services®
Repair or replace the cable
Lower the arm and boom
Do not exceed the authorised limit
characteristics
The audible beep sounds : Lower the arm and boom
Check the diagnosis LED
Check the release solenoid valve
Retract the arm, boom and pendular arm below the
horizontal axis
Check the connections
Replace the batteries
Check the connections
