are in the correct position
according to heater model and
gas type.
Advise customer that gas supply
pressure is not within
specifications.
Ensure hot water outlet
temperature sensor is properly
installed in sensor well.
Replace hot water outlet
temperature sensor.

Replace main burner injectors
with injectors of the correct size.
Replace temperature controller.
decrease setpoint temperature
