Opening the SQA-Vision

Overview: The following sections describe how to troubleshoot and repair potential problems
that may occur with the SQA-Vision. Theses section will discuss how to provide support for
three types of issues: Technical - Self test - Clinical
Only a qualified, technical support trained MES distributor is authorized to open
the SQA-Vision.
If the SQA-Vision is opened without authorization it may cause damage to the
calibration AND will VOID THE WARRANTY.
The electro-optical board should NEVER be touched when the SQA-Vision is
opened – it will cause damage to the system's calibration.
Turn off the main switch located on the side panel and
disconnect the SQA-Vision from the electrical supply.
Using a Philips screwdriver, remove
all screws on the rear panel.

Closing the SQA-Vision

Grip each panel from the side and gently push them
back together making sure that all cables and
connectors are free and not "pinched" between the
panels.
Use a standard Phillips screwdriver to reconnect the
panels.
