Good day,
I have Videojet decoder 7513 in my location, however this even though it's on the network with my BVMS I cannot add it to the BVMS.
1. I tried the scan for Decoder option in the config client, yet the device could not be located.
2. When i ping the decoder IP address i get a "destination unreachable" reply
3. I also discover that on directly connecting a monitor to the decoder, there was image on the screen.
please I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue
