Contact CardioQuip with questions on parts, servicing or returning merchandise. Please make
sure the unit's model and serial number are available prior to contacting service personnel. If you
are experiencing problems with your unit, the service representative will assist you in corrective
procedures or in returning the merchandise. Upon request, CardioQuip will make available
circuit diagrams, component part lists, descriptions, calibration instructions, or other information
which will assist appropriately qualified technical personnel to troubleshoot or repair parts of the
equipment that CardioQuip determines to be field repairable. Replacement of internal electrical
components should be performed only by CardioQuip service personnel.
